ARRIVO BERLIN Tec & Crafts supports you in finding your entry into the skilled trades as well as into energy and climate-related professions. Within the project, you can gain practical experience, improve your technical and language skills, and learn about different professions. Together, we’ll work to prepare you well for vocational training, employment, or further qualification.
Anyone can take part if:
1. you do not have a recognized vocational qualification,
2. you speak German at least at B1 level,
3. you have an interest in skilled manual work or in climate and energy technology.
Motivation and a willingness to learn are particularly important.
The project consists of three steps: First, we look together at the skills and interests you bring with you. Then you take part in a workshop phase lasting several weeks, during which you work hands-on, learn technical terminology, and receive individual support.
Finally, you gain practical experience through an internship at a company, get to know everyday working life, and take your next step toward vocational training or employment.
