The S27 is characterised by change, growth and internationalisation. The Rückenwind project is dedicated to developing new team-oriented organisational structures, agile working conditions, and the promotion and professionalisation of an international, open culture.
Through participatory processes, we are moving towards a resilient, dynamic organisation that helps shape social change and tests models for the future.
We are striving to establish a team-oriented organisational structure that moves away from fixed job profiles and instead promotes fluid roles.
Stabilising our international team is a priority for us and influences our recruitment and onboarding strategies. Plain language, mentoring models and other approaches have proven to be effective tools.
In preparation for a generational handover, a clear and effective knowledge management system is essential. We are working together to put this into practice.
