In January 2021, the Neukölln District of Berlin gave Kulturnetzwerk Neukölln e.V. permission to use the former Carl-Legien school garden at Dammweg 216. In 2021, the log closed and enchanted land is explored, used and opened by neighbours, local initiatives and partners. The site is coordinated by Berlin Mondiale together with S27 and other partners.
April 2021: Our Clan B is building a workshop, the women’s group »Gena« takes care of the growing and the beds. With mask and distance, we are happy about the island of doing and learning in the middle of the pandemic. And our MACHEREI is happy to pay us a personal visit. We are slowly moving away from cell phones and computer screens – a sigh of relief!
